Remembering Her Magic

Honoring Women’s Stories

Reclaiming Power • Finding Magic

This experience is for women who feel drawn to the stories beneath the surface.

Many of us feel drawn to Salem long before we arrive.

Not only for the film sites or the seasonal decorations (although we love those too!), but because there is a sense that something deeper lives underneath it. A story that is still being understood.

This retreat is a guided immersion into that story.

I welcome you to a way of moving through Salem and nearby Danvers with context, and presence so the history, the women at the center of it, and your own reflections can be understood in a more connected way. This is a space to listen more closely to what has been remembered, what has been silenced, and what still echoes today.

THe MAgic

This experience has been thoughtfully designed to honor the true history of Salem while creating space for creativity, connection, and reflection. We will explore both the well-known sites and the lesser-known locations that help tell the fuller story of what happened here, and why it still matters today.

Salem is often seen through costumes and folklore, but beyond that there is a powerful history of women, resilience, fear, courage, and community. This retreat was created to honor those stories while supporting todays women in reclaiming their voice, their creativity, and their power.

Over the course of three full days together, we will explore the places where the Salem story truly began. We will spend time in Salem Village, now known as Danvers, where isolation, pressure, and fear set the stage for the trials. We will visit meaningful memorial sites and walk through historic locations that bring these stories into clearer focus.

Where are we staying?

We will be staying inside the historic

Henry Derby Home!

A beautiful home built in 1838, making it one of Salem’s most treasured residences. Homes like this are rare to experience, especially during the fall season, and securing this space is a meaningful part of what makes this retreat so special.

From the moment you step inside, you feel the history. The creaky wooden stairs, uneven floors, and original woodwork give the house a personality all its own. It feels storied, welcoming, and full of character that modern spaces simply cannot recreate.

Many believe the curious paranormal activity here carries stories hundreds of years old, adding another layer of mystery to a home already rich with history.

The home stretches across three floors, giving us space to gather together while still allowing moments of quiet when needed. There are large gathering areas where meals will be shared, stories told, and memorable conversations allowed to unfold.

Evenings will feel especially magical here. We’ll gather around the wood stove, settling into cozy movie nights, journaling time, and laughter after full days of exploring. Outside, the garden area offers a peaceful space to step away for fresh air, reflection, or a quiet moment with a cup of tea before the day begins.

And location!? Set in the heart of Salem, the house allows us to walk to shops, historic landmarks, cafés, and more with ease. We can step outside and immediately be part of the experience without long drives or feeling rushed.

Falling asleep in one of Salem’s oldest homes, surrounded by centuries of history, is an experience most visitors only dream about.

Who This Is For

This is for women who feel drawn to Salem in a way that feels personal.

Women who sense there is more to the story than what’s commonly shown.

Women who feel connected to creativity, reflection, intuition, and personal growth.

Women who want to be guided through something meaningful while feeling supported every step of the way.

Women who want connection, laughter, depth, and shared experience in the company of others who feel the same.

Our group size remains intentionally small with 8 of us total to keep the experience spacious, personal, and deeply connected.

Salem carries layers.

History, belief, fear, resilience, imagination.. and above all, the stories of women whose lives shaped what this place became.

Some of those stories live in well-known locations. Others remain tucked into quieter corners, lesser-known sites, and spaces that many visitors never reach.

This experience holds space for both. With lantern-lit evenings, reflective journaling, laughter, sisterhood, creative expression, and thoughtful exploration allow the experience to settle in a way that feels personal, meaningful, and grounded.

There is time to listen, time to reflect. time to rediscover something within yourself as you move through it.

I can't wait to share this with you!
