I hope you had a nice weekend honoring our veterans.♥
My weekend consisted of adventures with Dora who's energy is seemingly endless, tying up a few details for Greece in just 2 weeks (waitlist below to join us next year!), helping coordinate a custom family trip here in Costa Rica, and even managed to find time to watch the classic Mrs. Doubtfire. I haven't watched that movie since I was a kid, what a fun nostalgic way to slow down and laugh.

We will spend the first 10 minutes setting an intention with our tea, and with a quick but thoughtful journal prompt before we begin our relaxing flow. This space is for all. An intuitively led practice of connecting with ourselves, allowing us to move forward with clear intention.
