Whether you've been here reading my emails for years, or you've just joined recently, thank you. I am grateful to share this space with you.
I've realized that I haven't shared enough about the true heart of my work.
So before I show you what's next, I thought I should share how we got here.
Years ago, my own frustration with the mainstream wellness industry is exactly what led me to become a wellness coach. I saw a system that refused to see women as unique, bio-individual human beings. I wanted to create spaces where women would actually be heard, supported, and observe how they respond to life.
The other day, this frustration resurfaced.
I keep seeing ads saying things like "fix your nervous system for good." (Insert angry face) This kind of talk comes from a space that is supposed to be helping people, yet instead places more unrealistic expectations on you. As though your nervous system is a broken switch you can fix with a new routine or product.
It's not something we can switch to Bob Marley mode and keep it there for the unforeseeable future. We wouldn't want that, our nervous system is there to keep us safe. It's brilliant really. We instead have to build a new relationship with it that knows how to get to Marley mode quicker and more frequently.
So, after a few air punches, I remembered what I do, why I do it.. and I felt a bit inspired. Because, I've been there. I had chapters of seeking all the new tips and tricks to "heal." I was desperate to feel like myself again. For many years, I was always chasing the next goal under a completely different version of success. I stayed in toxic relationships, went through major career flips, and moves. My body was screaming at me through chronic stress and exhaustion, but I wasn't listening. I was "a strong and hard working independent woman" after all. My survival brain thought I just needed to push harder, and achieve more.
It wasn't until I went through the very steps that I now offer my clients that everything shifted. By slowing it down, I rediscovered parts of myself that I had buried in order to get through. I began feeling a deeper connection with myself, more trust, and learned that I could now find my way back home faster and easier. Because I finally had a new baseline of what safety felt like.
We are not broken. We are just caught in a system that wants us to think we are. It's the very system that drains us, keeping us running on a relentless loop of stress just to feel valuable. How often do we catch ourselves saying: "It's just a lot lately," or "when life slows down..?"
We are craving softness. The kind that makes us feel safe to exhale, to play, express, and tap into our creative whimsy energy. That's the focus here with Intuitively Yours. Dropping perfection and performance, slowing dooowwwwn, and learning to pivot with purpose through life's biggest transitions. You are magical, and I will help you remember.
I'm a coach who has found herself again and again. I would never pretend I have found the secret to feeling peaceful the rest of your days. But, I will confidently tell you that you can get to that feeling and then actively move in ways that allow that feeling much more frequently. You'll also actively protect that feeling more than ever.
Many of you know me from retreats, and yoga. These are 2 of my favorite tools for helping my guest implement the new baseline of moving from safety. Each space is thoughtfully designed with these intentions.
If your body is tired of fighting through and you are ready to take a step towards yourself without adding more to your plate, I'm here.
Did you know: If you watch how you respond to life, how quickly you move through the day from one task to the next, unable to sit without a distraction like scrolling your phone or flipping through netflix, anxious about the thought of having a quick phone call, it's due to the body believing there is a literal lion following you? Your body in survival mode is trying so hard to keep you safe that it's convinced if you truly slow down.. you'll be the lions dinner.
You are not needing to "heal" your body is ready to feel.

Intuitive Wellness, Rooted In Empowerment Reader I’ve been reflecting a lot lately about women’s stories and why so many of them seem to be finding their way back to the surface right now. It feels like a collective remembering happening alongside a very personal one This summer I had a conversation that stayed with me. Eugenia, (a lovely women who hosted us in her home) and I were preparing a meal when she asked me why I had chosen Crete for my retreat. I told her that it seemed like the...
